We represent real estate owners, realtors, buyers, and developers in real estate transactions and disputes. We also represent home buyers, general contractors and developers with regard to construction contracts and disputes.

Residential Transactions and Closings

We will gladly handle the sale and/or purchase of your home. As the seller you will have the choice of title company to facilitate your closing. This includes assisting with the purchase contract as well as settling any disputes or title problems that may arise.

Commercial Transactions/Development

Our office will handle any of your commercial and/or development transactions whether you are a buyer, seller or developer. .

Construction Loans

Our office handles any construction loan closings that you may need. We will coordinate with the lender to facilitate the closing and do regular title updates during the construction process.

For Sale by Owner

We will be glad to help you handle the sale of your property from Contract to close. We can prepare the purchase and sale contract and all of the documents needed to help sell your property.

Refinance

If you choose to refinance your primary, investment or 2nd home we can handle the loan closing for any property located in Florida.

Litigation

D. R. has tried cases in both Federal and State Courts involving real estate matters, construction disputes, foreclosures, and general business disputes.

Construction Contracts

D. R. Repass served as assistant general counsel to the nation’s largest general contractor, Clark Construction Group, in Bethesda, Maryland.
